Overview The GYFTY33 is a heavy-duty, water-proof fiber optic cable based on the GYFTY structure. It is engineered with multi-layer protection to ensure superior waterproofing and resistance to mechanical crushing (anti-extrusion).
Structural Composition (Inside-Out)
Core: GYFTY fiber optic cable base.
Moisture Barrier: Longitudinal aluminum tape coating.
Inner Sheath: Extruded Polyethylene (PE) layer.
Armoring: Single or double layer of thin round steel wire (wrapped longitudinally).
Outer Sheath: Final extruded Polyethylene (PE) protective layer.
Key Features
Enhanced Waterproofing: Dual protection via aluminum tape and PE sheathing.
High Mechanical Strength: Round steel wire armor provides excellent anti-extrusion and tensile strength for underwater or harsh environments.
